The studio is available to rent for photography sessions and to other creatives in hourly increments. The studio is designed for smaller groups, we recommend 10 people and under. 

Included in the studio:
- full bed with neutral bedding
- large vintage white leaning mirror
- flower wall on wheels located in waiting area
- rocking bassinet for newborns and several newborn wraps
- wall mounted paper backdrop holder with 3 colors
- boucle waterfall bench
- rectangle soft box for additional light

There is free on street parking in front of the building and there is also a metered parking lot directly behind the building. You can access it on E Winter St directly across from The Strand Theater and behind 1808 Restaurant. 

Located on the second floor of 46 N Sandusky St, Atelier is a 400sq ft studio space with 12 foot ceilings and 3 large windows to let in ample natural light. There is also a shared waiting area that is perfect for clients to wait if you're having mini sessions.

Frequently asked

What if i need to cancel or reschedule?

There are no refunds given for cancellations, however, if you wish to reschedule, 24 hour notice is required. There will be a link in your confirmation of booking email that will allow you to reschedule that booking. Once you reschedule, you will receive a new confirmation email. You can reschedule as many times as needed as long as you do so 24 hours prior to the appointment start time.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is free two hour parking right out front on Sandusky St. There is also metered parking in the parking lot behind the building, that is accessible on Winter St behind 1808 Restaurant. Parking is free in the metered areas after 5pm on weekdays, as well as Saturdays and Sundays.

IS GLITTER ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

YES! Glitter is allowed in Atelier, but YOU MUST CLEAN IT UP ONCE YOU"RE DONE. If you choose to use glitter, you must clean all of it up. If there is glitter left in the studio after you leave, you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. There is a small vacuum in the dresser, along with a broom/dustpan, and mop behind the flower walls.

HOW LARGE IS Atelier studio?

The studio space itself is 400 square feet. There is also a shared waiting area that you are welcome to utilize during your booking period as long as no one else is using it. It has a few orange loveseats, a freestanding fireplace, and a separate seating area with a few chairs. Because it is a shared space, you're not permitted to move any furniture and food and drinks are not allowed in the shared space. Food and drinks are allowed in the studio space. 

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?

Absolutely! Food and drinks are welcome in the studio space, just not in the waiting area. You're welcome to bring in any food or drinks of your choice, and have a lot of options within walking distance as well.

AM I ABLE TO DECORATE THE SPACE?

Of course! You're able to move things in the studio (with the exception of the drapery wall, that cannot be moved) The two floral walls are on wheels, and you're welcome to bring any decorations you desire. If you need to hang something, please use command hooks. You're also able to use the backdrop stand to hang stuff in addition to the provided backdrops. When booking, please ensure you're accounting for the time needed to set up and clean up. Your total booked time must include the time it takes to set up along with the time it will take to leave the space in the same way you found it.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

All payments go through my online booking system for tax purposes. You can pay with a debit or credit card. 

Will you offer seasonal setups?

Definitely! Keep an eye on our social media accounts to see what the seasonal setups will look like. 

DOES THE BUILDING HAVE AN ELEVATOR?

Unfortunately, it doesn't have an elevator. The building has been there since the 1800's and doesn't have one. There are two sets of stairs to get into the building however.
